25 year old woman was at the gym, doing exercises as was her usual routine. Partway through a set, a man with a motorcycle helmet comes in, announces that he's robbing the place, and then executes her with several shots to the head.

The guy grabbed a few of her belongings before leaving, but left several as well. he also robbed no one but her, despite others being present. Apparently, her husband was murdered about a month ago...and he had various connections to a local politician with possible drug ties. I think we all see where this is going...

Brazil. I'd say about 90% of what I (and Kelly as well) post these days comes from Brazil.

Mexico used to be the undisputed King of gore photos, but photographic depictions of Cartel violence saturated the journalism scene so thickly that Mexico's tourist trade went totally tits up. So about 9 months ago, Mexican news outlets started getting pressure to ease off on the exposure of gore photos, especially ones involving homicide or torture. You can still find ones now and again at a few of the old news sites, but the heyday of Mexican gore photos is pretty much behind us.

For the time being, though, Brazil more than makes up for it. Their murders are more tame, without the cartel siccarios to get creative on their poor victims, but on the flip side...they don't really have speed limits in many areas down there. So we get a lot more car accident photos to share.

Of course Brazil has drugs and violence aplenty. Hopefully they won't start blacking things out like Mexico has done or we're really gonna be fucked. I already feel like the site gets less new content than it used to; though it would help if some of the new fuckers would stop bumping ancient threads and knocking the new shit onto Page 3 before half the site gets to see it.

Thank you for explaining the mexico scene. I thought it seemed odd there was not much coming from there lately. I didn't understand at first why people were breaking oHeLL's balls. I do now and thank you guys that dig this shit up and post here.
