Note the wounds to the skin and heart. This indicates a straight in and out stab wound. The skin wound appears larger than the heart wound. In a stabbing where someone stabs then "wiggles" the knife the heart wound is usually bigger than the entrance wound in the skin. This is important because these two different patterns often show crimes of passion versus crimes of intent. Other than that I have to agree with Viking that lipstick sucks...
