crazy how she died "silently" without anyone notice it. And I thought that urination mainly occurs during violent deaths, so this case should be rare.

I have worked in the field of cardiology my entire adult career (25 years). I have always been fascinated at how each myocardial infarction (i.e. heart attack) I have witnessed first hand produced similarities, yet are strangely diverse in symptoms. The youngest person I have seen pass was 16 years old and was high on cocaine. His blood vessels spasmed and would not relax enough to allow blood to flow through them, producing a massive clot that could not be broken apart. This girl probably was a congenital case in which nobody was aware of a previous life-threatening condition or preexisting anomaly. So sad...

So true. Large amounts of caffeine in those energy drink, if one drinks them in excess, can cause tachycardia and lead to death.

Though one would be quick to suspect either accidental or intentional overdose, particularly at such a young age, one cannot completely rule out underlying cardiovascular pathology! The toxicology screening would be interesting to know...

Its weird how she did not feel anything because a heart attack does seem to be painful. But i know some do not feel anything, there was this ER program with a man having a heart attack fully functioning and making jokes and a nurse had to tell him that he was having a heart attack. It still scares me.

This happened to a girl of my school during a trip with her class. While they were coming back, many kids fell asleep, as usual, but when they tried to wake her up she was dead.
She was 16 and had a heart attack due to congenital failure. They say she felt nothing.

Aww, that's so sad. I bet that traumatised many of her classmates, especially the one who had been sitting next to her. The only comfort for her family + friends is that she didn't feel any pain or fear.
