Earlier this morning (22), a man was killed with a shot to the head, in Lowland New. The victim was identified as a male, 23 years old.

The victim was dead when emergency services arrived. Unfortunately those emergency services took more than 30 min to get to the victim. If they had gotten there quicker the victim could be alive.

Again the law of silence prevailed, meaning the police have no information whatsoever about who committed the crime.
