Well I think they are pussies. I've cracked my fuckin head hard, alot. I've had blood out the nose and ear some but these guys don't know how to land they are being whip lashed, "fixable" and crushed. Tuck your chin away from the impact and if you are thrown out keep limbs in tucked in fetal position, try not to roll. Getting you head crushed is from not ducking.
