Entry wound is underneath the chin. Most likely not a sniper wound, but most likely, firearm was placed under chin and trigger pulled. It may have been a sniper, a little dwarf sniper located exactly underneath the mans chin

Or it may have been a long distance shot? The bullet has freakishly ricocheted of the mans steel toe cap boot, right through the chin exiting via the frontal lobe eh its plausible!!!!
