Head Cut Off and Motorcycle Burned.
It was a bit hard to translate this one, but from what I can understand a report was made to the police on the 29th July, stating that a motorcycle was on fire. When the police arrived they also found a body with the head cut off, the decapitated head being found on the fence nearby.     |

What is normal? We have this stuff happen all the time in rural, Northern California. We are home of the 4 shot suicide.  |
