I think its in Indonesia referring to the registration plate design on the 2nd picture bike .. he probably tried for pole position  |

This is what you get for allowing uncontrolled immigration: sewing the seeds of subversion and terrorism. They should be enforcing a strict quota on those Poles, and keeping a close watch on them also.
