18 yo male's head crushed by faulty dump truck falling top on him. He died in the ambulance en route to the hospital. Driver being charged.

the translation was bad so hard to tell... they also mentioned a piece of wood used so secure something ?? The only pic of the dump truck they had was showing the back end - so possible that part - but I dont see blood on it?
