That third pic is incredible (in a bad way, I guess). It almost looks like there are blades sticking out of her skull, presumably bone fragments. The cavity in her skull is disturbing.

The only consolation from this event is that she probably died quickly and didn't have much time to realize what was happening. Still very tragic. I can't imagine what the bus driver must have been feeling.
