Head Bagged and His Pants Down to His Knees
With his head bagged, possibly beheaded and with his pants down to his knees, was found dead in street. The victim may have been decapitated by a stab wound to the neck, however, this was not confirmed by the authority. The dead body was tied hands and feet, and had one color black polyethylene bag in the head, and his pants down, showing a White boxer.  · |
