Happened in a rural area of Kentucky (which is a state in the southern region of the United States), more than a decade ago. A middle-aged man strangled his wife to death and then deliberately drove his car into a lake. His body was found 4 weeks later.  · |

More info on this: The incident occurred in a mostly rural exurb of Bowling Green, a smallish college town that is fairly prosperous and diverse in its center but lower-income and mostly white on the outskirts. |
