Just another opinion. Just because dude is hanging doesn't mean it was a suicide. I mean, 1st) his pants are down, so that indicates humiliation. 2nd) hands are tied behind his back, how the hell is he going to tie his own hands. 3rd) Body seems pretty damaged to have just jumped with only a rope around his neck. Dude probable pissed someone off and they threw his ass off bridge!
