Female student of undetermined age hanged herself, with her family standing outside of the locked room and recording her.

They spend most of the video trying to break into the room and finally succeed in pulling her down. But by the time they do she has already been strangling for almost 90 seconds.

She is exhibiting significant decerebrate posturing in her arms, legs, neck, and toes. You can also see as they lift her off the noose that her pants are soaked with urine, indicating that she involuntarily emptied her bladder, as well. Both the pissed pants and decerebrate posturing during asphyxiation are signs of severe brain damage, so it is highly unlikely that she will see a meaningful recovery after this.

Just around the 15-second mark, she spends an entire six seconds with both hands trying deliberately to grasp and pull at the noose, demonstrating a fairly clear indication that she had second thoughts and wanted to reverse her decision once she realized the reality of her actions, but she was unable to do so.

The above case happened in Bangladesh, and while trying to search for more info, I found an uncensored news report from two days ago about another woman who hanged herself.

A few recent hangers from Indonesia.

First video happened in September in Central Sulawesi - a teenager named V.A. According to a close friend, she had heard V. talking to her boyfriend on the phone and crying shortly before hanging herself.

Second video happened earlier this month in South Sulawesi - a 30-year-old woman was found in a boarding house, a few days after she had killed herself.

32 year old wife of a police captain, who herself held a masters degree and worked in public service, was found hanging outside her home when her family got out of bed one morning. She had been complaining about several job related stresses of late.

There was no note, but the family refused an autopsy. The visual examination conducted by the rescue workers noted that there were no injuries aside from the ligature mark.

They also reported to the papers that, while hanging decedents often present with a protruding tongue, this woman's tongue was not protruding when she was discovered. Though they did also add that the crotch of her trousers was wet with urine, which is common among hangers. In any case, no one contested the ruling of suicide.

PHILIPPINES - C.M.G., who worked as a housemaid, was found hanging in a partial position at her employer's house in Pasay City, Metro Manila earlier this year. It is unclear if her manner of death is suicide or homicide. She was possibly pregnant based on the last photo.

Nice set. Though I seriously doubt she was pregnant. Based on the photos, that last one was taken hours later, after they bagged her and transported her to the morgue. Since she doesnt seem to have that bulge in the photos at the scene itself, 99% chance that it is simply postmortem bloating beginning to set in.
