Hanged for a Murder [Kuwait]
a citizen convicted of a murder committed during the summer of 2003. The man, 21-years-old, Thamer Al-Marzouk Azmi, was executed in a government building in the capital, and the doors were briefly opened to the public to see his body before it is lowered the gallows.
Al-Azmi was found guilty of shooting to death Lafi Shlash al-Azmi, and the death penalty has been approved by His Highness the Emir, Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Ministry of Justice said in a statement. We do not know what the motive was. Murder, rape and drug trafficking are punishable by hanging in Kuwait
