INS (23) hanged himself from a tree yesterday. The victim's parents' statement to the police say he had previously shown strange behavior. When asked to talk, he was no longer connecting according to the confessions of his parents and close relatives. The victim is known to be unmarried and still in school. According to his parents, he had asked permission on Friday without knowing where he was going and it was also initially known that the deceased was not carrying any identification. The victim removed his shoes before committing the crime. |
