The trouble by posting from anything but regular newssites is that you never know how old the stuff is. In this case I searched almost half a year back here without finding her, and I don't remember to have seen her before, so I hope it isn't a repost here.
Have you ever tried Google Images or Tineye or any other reverse image search engines?

If you check suicide rates (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...y_suicide_rate), India is in the middle of the list, not on the top.
Hanging is most common suicide method among women, India's population is huge, and there's no taboo on taking or publishing such pictures in India. That's probably why they dominate on gore sites.

Have you ever tried Google Images or Tineye or any other reverse image search engines?
With more than 4000 images (and a few videos) posted here (that's what my attachment-count says at least), I guess I have used more time on Google than most. This means that I know the shortcomings of the searchengine all to well.

Finding an image of a hanged thai woman with no other info, would be worse than finding the infamous needle in a haystack - waste of time.
