Brand new today, this was ostensibly an accidental hanging. Apparently the elder of two sisters (young teen) was playing with her sibling in the backyard tree and somehow (no explanation how) got her neck entangled in the rope pictured here. She was still dangling and kicking feebly when dad got home from the grocery store and cut her down and called the paramedics. No idea how an accident like that occurs. Lot of pee in this one, though.
