Most in third world countries. Especially us with traditions and not so liberated countries. I know it may sound strange to you guys but there are still places here in the Philippines where if you kissed a girl, you have to marry her or die by the jungle bolo or a shotgun from their relatives or parents.

I work in a hospital where at least half the staff are from PI and I never heard that..When i return back to work will take a census..That is almost worse than islam countries..Or are you referring to mindino only?

It was her husband who attacked her, and she was not asleep, they were having a fight, as testified to by the next door neighbour.
