PATTAYA - Police in the resort town of Pattaya have reported that a Thai-American Woman Caroline Paige Srichankij has been found dead at the Fairtex hotel she was working at, Mr. Sitrasi, age 54, a co-worker of Miss Srichankij said that Medics and police were rushed to the scene when her body was discovered.

At the scene, police found the body of Miss Srichankij, age 27. She was lying un-dressed on the bed and blood was said to have been coming out of her nose. Initially, police have ruled out a murder as no traces of an assault were found at the scene.

Police found prescription sleeping medication issued by Pattaya International Hospital. She was was last seen on Sunday, 13 October 13 at approximately 10pm.

Miss Srichankijthat co-worker Mr. Sitrasi told police that Caroline was working as receptionist at the hotel. He said that when he didn’t see Caroline come to work, he went up to her room and made the shocking discovery that Caroline was lying on the bed unconscious.

The cause of the death has yet to be identified, police have sent Caroline’s body to a police hospital where doctors will undergo an post-mortem examination
