I came across this photo too but didn't include it as I didn't think it was him. I know the wounds are in the same place but to me the photo looks like a white man, whereas Pablo is a darker skinned boy - might just be the lighting.

so does this mean his neck length decreased or was it the same length as before? because it seems like a big chunk of meat from his neck has been remove from the pre surgical photos.
