Hairdresser Found Dead. Hubby Says Suicide, Family Says Hubby!
32 year old hairdresser was found dead by her son. He knocked on her bedroom door and got no response, so he looked under it and saw her lying on the floor. He broke the door down and found her dead. She had been having problems with her estranged husband. When he was arrested and questioned, he told the police that she had been talking about committing suicide. When they questioned her family, however, they claimed that she had confided in them that he had threatened to kill her only a few days earlier. He has not been charged with murder and advancement in the case is pending forensic results. I believe that the photos taken here were taken after her son moved the body. You can see that a blanket has been laid over her groin area (usually done to cover bladder/bowl evacuation stains or exposed genitalia prior to photography) and she is lying on the bed, not the floor. The injuries to her neck are obvious, but there is no ligature present in the photos. I assume there was one and it has been removed or else the police wouldn't even be investigating it as a possible suicide. Since they said it could be a suicide and are awaiting further tests, I assume that there's a ligature somewhere off camera that the son removed when he put her on the bed and covered her crotch with the blanket. Husband probably killed her regardless, but the police aren't confidant enough to charge him yet, so there must have been some more compelling evidence at the scene that hasn't been photographed.  ·  ·  ·  · |

If my husband threatened to kill me, there is no way in hell I would be staying in the same house as him. Locked, separate bedroom or not. Common sense. Turns out it's quite rare. |
