A forklift would have been used to push the drum around. It's a drum from an Aspalt plant, it heats the stone. I'd guess he was using his weight to move the drum around by standing on the teeth segments, got the drum moving too fast, slipped and got carried into the moving parts.
Darwin nearly proves his theory with ths one, it's going to hurt but no doubt he lived

For those of us who work around machinery in places other than third world shitholes we have this process called lock out tag out.
It is a safety procedure which makes sure everything is turned off and made safe before entering a machine.
Lock out Tag out would most likely have kept this accident from happening.
But hay thats just the way they do things in shitty thrid world countries.
I will bet you can kiss his leg good bye.
