I think I have the mystery of the cock and balls solved. This appears to be a classic case of "Electrician's dilemma". Happens all the time. Ask any electrician, they've all heard of someone who's been put in the "Electrician's dilemma". Long story short, it's when an electrician is fixing outside power lines, something fucks up, and they suddenly find themselves with 400,000 volts of power surging through the parts of them touching metal. 10 minutes later, they look like that guy. Happens all the time. Electrician's dilemma. |
