Guy Killed in a Bank
INFO THAT CAME WITH PIC RIO - was buried Saturday at the Cemetery of Caju, the body of Jonas de Souza, who was killed Friday by a security branch of Banco Itau in the corner of avenues Nilo Peçanha and Rio Branco. According to his brother Jesué always had trouble going through the revolving door of the agency, where he had to ten years. On Friday, after being arrested again at the entrance of the agency for about ten minutes, according to witnesses, he fell out with the security Natalício Marins. During the fight, Jonas, who was 28, was fatally shot in the chest. The guard came off the bench without handcuffs, escorted by plainclothes police, under threat of being lynched. Taken to the 5th Precinct (Mem de Sá), Natalicio was released by the deputy assistant Mauro Alvarez, on the grounds that the author of the shot would have submitted voluntarily to the police immediately after the crime. - There is a position in the Code of Criminal Procedure that says that when the person presents and delivers the weapon, the crime is not configured as flagrante delicto. However, he will be indicted for murder and may have the custody order made by Justice - claimed Arruda. Jesué de Souza was slow to believe that the security guard who had murdered his brother would be released on the same day of the crime. - Our country is well, right? After all, he was watchful of Banco Itau. And who are we? But I still hope that justice is done - he said. The incident occurred in the early afternoon, when there were queued up at the bank, because of the revolving door. Jonas, owner of a micro aerial installation, already had problems with the same security. Jesué said there may have been racism: - He took what he had in his pocket, but refused to take the belt. At other times, he almost had to get underwear. Is it because he is black? There was no racism? The volunteer of the Association of Parents and Friends of Exceptional Children (Asilo) Ana Paula Dias, who spent the day at a booth in front of the bank, said the security was known to be unprepared. - Everyone knows him as a guy without preparation. Itau said in a statement, regretted the episode. The text says that while outsourcing, security teams are trained in agencies for a better relationship with customers. |

Re: Guy Killed in a Bank
Ok i think I have it. The guy was killed cuz he couldn't go through the revoling doors at the job he worked at. They couldn't fire him cuz he always showed up and he wouldn't quit cuz he was getting paid for showing up. So they just killed him. Yeah thats what happened.

They couldn't fire him because he kept turning up? I'm not sure that's how a job works..
