I am 100% sure the guy comes from Poland. This red-gray card with photo is his Polish identity card .... I have a similar one. Probably lived in the UK - the ATM card is from Lloyds TSB bank .....

Something here does not pass the smell test! Why would he off himself with a backpack on?
The backpack is probably full of stones or similar objects to weigh him down and quicken death.
