This happened on the 6th Feb in Maranhão. The guy, who was an electrician, died on the spot.

sorry i can't find anything regarding the metal in his head. One of the news sites states that he may have suffered an electric shock before he fell though. I think this pic may be worth adding as well as it shows more around him.
