What is it with these third world countries that so many end up under large trucks? Is it careless poorly trained drivers, pedestrians who are distracted and oblivious to road hazards? Or is it a combination of these factors? Or is it just more socially acceptable to photograph and videotape these things in more backward societies?

Because so many of them are cretins. Pedestrians with zero common sense, drivers with no road skills, vehicles on the verge of falling apart, all overseen by traffic cops who don't give a fuck until it looks like a bribe may come their way.  |
