The U.S can't do that though, not without starting a war with Mexico at least. If Mexico agreed to it then it would be a good idea seeing as the Cartel problem is increasingly growing and nothing good comes from it except for death and destruction. But the Cartel is nowhere near as much of a threat as the Middle Eastern Terrorist because they never attacked us directly on U.S soil, really they're just a threat for Americans who go over the border into Mexico. Now if the Cartels were to attack us and blow some shit up over here then the U.S might intervene but I don't see that happening any time soon
