They should charge their idiot parents with neglect they didn't pull the trigger but were largely responsible for their kids getting into so much trouble at a young age. Free range parenting does't work anymore especially in the slums of south America. Cute girls that redhead is straight up jailbait I hope she pulls through and learns something from all this. Bystanders  someone put your damn phone down and try to help rather than just watching them bleed out.
