Seeing this makes me sad knowing that the US government doesn't care about a single soldier at all..I'd say nuke the middle east and be done with it..collect all its oil and drain them out of resources..

I have nothing but love and the utmost respect for all the men and women who serve. My hubby did two tours of Iraq, and one each of Afganastan (sp?) and Bosnia. He was literally two steps away from being one of these poor people in this thread.

I told our Doc that I did not want to live if I got permanently injured. A lot of guys do that. Doc sent everyone back alive though, even if they lost parts. In a twist of fate Doc got killed on month 9. Its been a long time and now everybody he helped says they would thank him, no matter how bad off they are.
