This is some kind of anatomy class or reference, 'cuz they don't do autopsies like that. They' peeled back the skin to expost the fatty tissue underneath.

maybe she fell asleep in the hot tub or something...somewhere where it pretty much cooked her. i remember seeing a pic of an old man who passed away in a heated tub. apparently he made a man-stew and when they tried to remove him from the tub, his meat just fell off the bone...sorta like this here
