Grandfather Totally Carbonizes His Month Old Granddaughter
19th November 2016, Kampot, Cambodia - a 53 year old man set his daughter's month old child alight, in retaliation for her working as a prostitute and having this child as a result. The translation of the report was hazy to the suggestion that he also tried to self immolate afterwards.
