We are still helping Cambodia, have been since I can remember.

We were not required in Uganda as we are under British rule and the Brits were there and did not require our assistance.

In regards to Africa, we have contributed $58.2 million since 2002, not bad for a country of 18 million people, you have more then that in NY alone.
