On the afternoon of Thursday, March 27, 2014, around 15h: 30min, military police, municipal guards and paramedics of SIATE (Integrated System of Care Trauma and Emergency) of the Fire Department of Foz do Iguaçu were triggered to move through Rua Pedro Francisco Keru, corner with Acendino Batista dos Santos, in Residential Neighborhood Sun May region of Três Lagoas, to give assistance to a victim of shooting firearm.

On site it was found that the victim was in death, being away until the arrival of the Homicide, Police Scientific and Medical Legal Institute.

According to information gathered at the site, the victim was driving the vehicle VW / Golf, when gunmen launched a series of shots at the vehicle, and the shooting went on for about 100 meters, with almost at the end of the street the VW / Golf vehicle eventually stopped, and the shooters began another series of shots of 9mm pistol and rifle shooting, fleeing afterwards.

The vehicle was completely shot, having no reaction from the driver that came instantly to death with rifle shots to the head.

With the arrival of the criminal expert, seized 16 cases of 9mm pistol, and 23 cases triggered rifle caliber 5.56 mm. The expert did not find any kind of identification of the victim, the vehicle being seized by the Homicide Squad, the victim's body being taken to the morgue morgue for autopsy procedure and subsequent release to the family.

After a thorough check by officers of the Bureau of Murder, was located inside the vehicle wallet of the victim, identified as former inmate, 20 years of age.
