Where's the one where they took a photo of their own guitarist who killed self with shotgun? I can't remember name of band.
mayhem...his band mates discovered his body and kept pieces of his skull and made necklaces out of them...they suck as a band but that's pretty hardcore

oh...and don't forget the original (it's been cropped slightly as you can't see the fetus in an egg-cup)
