Lalaki, patay nang sumaklolo sa snatching sa Mindoro

Patay ang isang lalaki matapos magtangkang sumaklolo sa isang biktima ng snatching sa Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro nitong Martes ng gabi.

Ayons sa pulisya, sasaklolohan ni Rosebelt Abaño Rodulfa, 30, ang isang residente ng Barangay Poblacion na inagawan ng sling bag nang barilin siya ng naka motorsiklong suspek.

Hahabulin daw ng biktima ang magnanakaw na naglabas ng baril at nagpaputok.

Isang tama ng bala sa ulo ang ikinamatay ni Rodulfa na naisugod pa sa Puerto Galera Hospital.

Tuloy ang imbestigasyon ng mga pulis upang makilala ang salarin na may taas na 5'2" at payat ang pangangatawan.

Tinitingnan rin ng mga pulis ang recording ng mga naka-install na CCTV cameras sa lugar upang makatulong sa pagkilala sa suspek.

English translation:

Man, killed while helping the snatching [victim] in Mindoro

A man was killed after trying to help a snatching victim in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro last Tuesday night [July 25, 2017].

According to the police, 30-year-old Rosebelt Abaño Rodulfa, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, tried to help [the snatching victim], whose sling bag was snatched, when he was shot by a suspect on a motorcycle.

The victim tried to chase the snatcher when he pulled the gun and shot [him].

A single gunshot wound to the head killed Rodulfa, who was rushed to Puerto Galera Hospital.

The police investigation continues while identifying the suspect whois 5'2" and slim body.

The police are reviewing the CCTV footage taken from that place that will help in identifying the suspect.

Should have called the cops instead of risking his life especially when you know criminals there often carry guns,knives etc.
