I did a google search to see if it was true, seemed like a movie set with the guy holding a huge chain. Guess this is the real deal, how tragic and stupid way to protest. The only thing she did was make amusement for the racists. This was on google, kind of sick but a little funny.

Good investigation work. The one thing I needed an answer to is did she die. Some reports of this incident I found are from 2007 but actually this woman burned herself on October 5, 2004 in Luxembourg and she died on Saturday October 9,2004 in Metz in France.

I still wonder how long it would have taken for her to die after seeing that video post about a guy who was still moving after 5 minutes. Some info I found says 2 minutes tops which made me question the other video post. But even if you are extinguished in time, after suffering 4th degree burns (like this women apparently did), infection will surely kill you soon enough.
