A 20-year-old model was killed after being deliberately hit by a truck in the Pajuçara neighborhood, in the Maracanaú municipality, Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza. The case occurred on Saturday night (7). According to police, the girls was with a friend and engaged in a discussion in a bar with a truck driver.

On leaving the scene, the discussion continued and the 39-year-old truck driver hit the victims on purpose with the truck, pushing the couple against the wall. The young woman died at the time. The man was injured and was rescued at the hospital.
According to the Secretariat of Public Safety, the driver of the truck drove under the influence of alcohol. He was sent to the Metropolitan Police Station of Maracanaú and will respond for manslaughter and attempted murder, as well as drunken driving. The cart has been seized and goes through expertise. Civilian police continue to investigate the motivation of the crime.
