two things.
First off she is amazingly clean for someone just hit by a train. Years ago I saw a drunk step out in front of a train and he was a very bloody mess.
Second could this have been suicide I know of a case in Lansing Michigan in which a drug addicted hooker ended it all by stepping in front of a freight train . Killed her deader than three barrels of shit.
