Weird tho because what is that random wire rope doing there just over the brains? Its got a bit of a kink in it too which isnt easy to do. Maybe not a simple car accident? Here in Australia they sometimes use wire rope like that (although a lot thicker) instead of gaurd rails to stop traffic crossing an open divide on freeways/highways cause they are more shock absorbent. Would like to know more.
