Girl, 16, Killed by Truck Brake Drum Through Van Window, Brazil, 2012
An accident on the morning of Tuesday (12th June 2012) resulted in a dead 16 year old female and 3 others were injured. According to the Federal Highway Police, the brake drum of a truck came loose and smashed into a van behind. Unlucky for some   ·  ·  · |

We had that happen to A chick here in Washington and A board flew through her windshield and broke every bone in her face and now she is blind! She was lucky to have survived. Now we have laws that make sure your load is secured or you face HUGE fines!!  |

We had a group of young teenagers (11-13 yrs maybe)who used to throw rocks and bricks over the side of overpasses. I don't believe anyone was ever killed, just destroyed property. I don't believe they were ever caught or that much effort was put into it. I even think everyone knew who they were. Must be families had pull. In some towns police aren't helpful and that breaks my heart because after my dad died the Chief of Police in our small town used to watch over me and I always had them on a very high pedestal. I moved to this economically challenged town and one of my neighbors backed into my car 6 times (witnesses told me) and they did nothing to help me. This woman has caused so much trouble the police are sick of her and everyone just moves away. My saga. I hate people who get paid and do not do their jobs. Pet peeve.
