In Preah Sihanouk Province today, 49 year old Thomas Hess died. It states that he died of 'allergy' (assuming this means an allergic reaction to something, but nothing was stated).       |

he died today and his feet are like that? Any mention of diabetes? Maybe they think he was bitten by some venomous spider or similar but in both feet??

Why is he outside naked? Usually they are in 'guest houses'. I guess they could've taking his clothes off to inspect him.

By the looks of the edema and purple coloring of his lower extremities, this man was suffering from a cardiac condition.Looks like congestive heart failure and perhaps cellulitis.
