It is funny the way he looks like a little puppy at the end. I guess he tried to beat out the fire with his skinny little hands. So he was only 14. Tough shit. He tried to steal a ride. I can understand chasing the kid down and beating him up for not paying for a ride, but this is taken way too far. I mean a cab fairs worth of justice to me means split lip, busted nose and some bruises. But it dose make you wonder if he did something more or what the whole story exactly is.
