they r drowning victims, the gases in the body carnt escape as fast as out of water, because the escape route, ie the mouth, is submerged, and the temp of the water affects decompasition, therfore the eye's r forced outwards due 2 pressure from the gas, floating face upwards victims, never look so cartoon like.  |
