Fulani Herdsmen Kill Husband
Fulani herdsmen attacked a family with AK 47 in Delta state.The husband was killed while the wife was shot.The deceased according to report is Aghabene Felix from Ezhionum in Ukwuani LGA.

Fulani are nomads who now populate Nigeria and other neighboring countries. Climate change has forced them to migrate to find water and forage for their cattle, which is what they primarily do. Because they are nomads, they lack ancestral certificate rights to property in the areas they pass through. There are a LOT of conflicts with local farmers, and according to Wiki, 150 people have been killed in confrontations in the last few years.

So they just roam around, invading an area and killing for the water? Without any negotiations? I didn't know there were enough of them to do that- thought they would have been out-numbered.  |
