Just saw this post. Looks like they meant that the car was destroyed/disintegrated by said fuel truck (not an explosion per se). The occupants of the car probably weren't wearing their seatbelts and the truck probably spun the crap out of the car and ejected them before the car was totally destroyed since the bodies look (well, the closer one anyway) intact. Nonetheless, still looks like a pretty nasty little accident.
