Looks like a drug addict. He has a piece of cloth tied around his left arm. Took one too many, lost sense of reality, stripped off of his clothes (classic behavior in cases of hypothermia) and turned into a popsicle.

that unfortunate man's name was Xuan Liuxan from Central China. He was told by his wife to fetch water from the well but the problem was that he was in the tub at the time and since she's an ordering drill sargent he had no choice but to do what she ordered. Out of fear cause she's 271 pounds. So, on the way back from the well he stumbled over some branches and twisted his ankle.
