I think this happened back in 2009 - This is a body that has been frozen and abandoned inside the well of this elevator, or lift as we say in the UK.

What is there really to take so many pictures of? It's two feet sticking out of an ice cube with some trash scattered around it...? Wasn't this in Detroit? I remember reading about this on The Daily Rotten.
