Francisleide Silva Decapitated by a Wire Fence, Mato Grosso 2019
On October 6, 2019, Francisleide Alves Silva, 29, was riding a motorcycle toward the Santo Antonio do Fontoura district of Sao Jose do Xingu, Mato Grosso, Brazil, when it struck a barbed wire fence placed across the road. She was decapitated that morning. Her passenger was hurt and taken to a hospital in Confresa. Police investigated who had put up the wire.   |
